Thankful

Well we've finished up a long Thanksgiving weekend. It's been so nice to have some time off with my family. Ryan's been home all week and Avery only went to school 2 days last week. We had a total of 4, yes 4 Thanksgiving dinners. Would have been 5, but Jackson was sick this week and we didn't go to his at MDO. We had a dinner at church, at the Campbell house, the Jones house, and Dirickson (Smalygo) house. I am Turkey'd out!!! :D
Now it's time to get back to the real world for a few weeks. I wish we could just skip right to Christmas break. It will be here before we know it though.
I have to mention too, that I have no idea what to do with our cards this year. Last year I was pretty proud of them. I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to live up to those standards. haha I don't even have a picture yet. I'm thinking since it's so ugly outside...I might ask Nana to come over and try to take some in the studio. Jackson does not like to take pictures down there though, it may not be pretty!

Thanksgiving Break

Today is day 1 of 5 of Thanksgiving break. This morning the kids were hanging out in Jackson's room watching Polar Express. Ryan joined them and they sounded like they were having a lot of fun, so I went to check it out. This is something the kids love doing on Jackson's bed. I'm sure my Papa didn't have this in mind when he built the shelves on the headboard. :-)

























Avery said, "mom, can you take out the pantie part" haha I told her if she'd put some pants on I wouldn't have to. Gotta love the one sock too!

Starting Over

I figured I would start this whole blog thing all over again. I really really hate that I got so behind on my old one and love to look back and read all the old stuff. I found out you can have a book printed from your blog. How cool is that?! So I'm going to have my old one printed and deleted. Seems like a lot of people use blogger, so I thought I'd try it out. Plus it's free..can't beat that!
